When you send an enquiry through this website we ask for your name, company, email address and telephone number, along with details of the work: the process, material, thickness, quantity, finish, timescale and your description of the job. We also record which page the enquiry was sent from.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and browser information. These are used to keep the website running and secure.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cookies are set only for people who log in to administer the site.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and carry out the work if you go ahead.

Where it is necessary to quote for or carry out work you have asked us about, we may pass relevant details to a sub-contractor — for example a plating or powder coating supplier.
